I became actively involved in Caddy for A Cure for one primary reason and several ancillary reasons. I have been blessed all my life with a great family, a solid education, a successful career. I feel a personal obligation to be able to help those that are not as fortunate as I am. Add to the fact that I can be surrounded by golf, one of my own passions, and I have found the recipe for how I can make an impact on someone's life. Caddy for a Cure is able to address my passion for helping others and my passion for golf at the same time. What a winning proposition. |

I decided to become involved with Caddy For A Cure after I caddied for Rich Beem at the 2009 PGA Championship. I was fortunate to spend some extra time with Russ and gained a better understanding of the "how" and "why" CFAC came about. It really triggered something inside that allows me and my family to help out a cause that is so meaningful yet still not very well known. My wife and I are blessed with three healthy daughters and can't begin to imagine what these families and individuals are dealing with on a day to day basis. CFAC has provided me with an amazing opportunity to expand my passion for the game of golf, build wonderful new relationships, and at the same time give back to those who are less fortunate. I look forward to the upcoming challenges and hope to increase awareness for all the charities CFAC benefits. |

The reason I got involved is that I am very fortunate. I have 5 children as well as nieces and nephews who are all healthy. I am thankful every day for that. I feel as though I owe it to someone to do whatever I can to help others who may be less fortunate as a way of showing my appreciation that they are healthy. When it comes to children, I have always looked to do what I could to help. I have been blessed to be in a position to help others. When it comes to children, there is no better feeling than knowing that in some small way, you have helped to make their lives just a tiny bit better. |

I got involved a few years ago when I looped for Stewart Cink in the Tampa PODS Championship and have kept in touch ever since. I have always been impressed with this rather unique organization and was overwhelmed by Russ and Colleen's dedication to truly helping those individuals cursed by misfortune. It is a terrific and successful platform that has grown over the years. Hopefully I can assist in perpetuating that growth and increasing both awareness and sponsorship income. Thank you for inviting me to join this admirable group of people on the Board. I welcome the opportunity to contribute. |

As a Vascular Surgeon who not infrequently operates on children, I am keenly aware of the importance of Philanthropy for Pediatric health care and research. When Russ Holden expressed his dream concept to me to raise money for Fanconi Anemia research, I was struck by his passion and comittment, and the brilliance of the idea, perhaps in part due to our mutual love of caddying. I volunteered immediately to do whatever possible to help in his mission, and I am now honored to be on the Board of Directors. |

I am truly excited about becoming a board member for Caddy for a Cure. I’ve made it a personal goal to have a positive work and personal life balance. Becoming involved with Caddy for a Cure this early in my life is the perfect way to give back to those less fortunate and have personal fulfillment. I've been blessed with family health (2 healthy girls) and I'm very grateful for this blessing. Giving back and helping causes for children and specifically areas that assist children that are less fortunate or sick has always been something I've tried to do. For a long time, I've supported St. Jude and their fight to cure cancer and related illnesses that affect children. So, my passion for golf, combined with my will and desire to help children is why I became involved in Caddy For A Cure. Not to mention, that the idea to let "Joe Golfer" get up close and between the ropes with the best players in the world, is simply brilliant. Congratulations on what has been accomplished so far. |

I joined Caddy For A Cure because I knew it would give me the opportunity to combine two of my life's passions, healthcare and golf. I have worked with many people with Leukemia. Each having one distinct goal, to be cured. As a practicing Physical Therapist it my goal to maximize patients functional ability. Whether doing hands on therapy or raising funds for research we can help to increase a persons functional ability, meet their goals and change their outlook on life. |

I have been very blessed from the Lord to have a wonderful wife and three healthy beautiful boys. My heart and prayers go out to the families that are dealing with this disease. I have been friends with Russ and Colleen for a very long time and their passion and drive to make a difference in these family lives is very touching. I wanted to be involved to give back in any way possible and hopefully make an impact on at least one life. God bless all of you who help with the fight! |

It has always been my philosophy that you have to give something back to the community that you work and live in. One aspect of that giving has to be about your passions. This way the time you devote to your chosen charity is both rewarding for the community and for yourself. Caddy For A Cure encompasses all of those aspects for me. I love the work that we do and the method that this work is achieved. I am proud and blessed to be associated with this organization and compassionate group of people. |
