Russ,

I can't tell you enough what an amazing experience it was to caddy for Phil Mickelson. Not only for me, but for my family as well. Phil has always been our favorite PGA TOUR player. To experience spending time with both he and Bones inside the ropes in a somewhat casual atmosphere (Pro Am) was quite a treat. The fact that they took interest in me and my family just showed me what genuine people they both are. Trading off stories about our families was a real highlight. The interaction and generosity they showed toward my kids, Mikayla and Cody and my wife, Mistie is something we will all remember for a lifetime.

I'm not big on putting people on pedestals, but Phil is more than just an amazing golfer, he's a great person with a good heart. We will cherish the memories of the day and continue to follow his career. I would encourage anyone that has the opportunity to be a part of something like this, to take advantage of it.

This is far and away one of the best experiences of my life.

Thanks so much for an incredible day. Mathias and his caddie Dave are exceptional people who were not only fun to hang with, but very giving in their support of Caddy for a Cure. It is much funner being inside the ropes with PGA players than in the gallery! This is the only way to experience a PGA event and was an experience that I won't soon forget. Mathias has gained a new fan and I will continue to follow his career and root for him. This is truly a worthy cause and it feels good to know that maybe I have helped someone.

I would very much like to take advantage of the Torreon getaway.

Of all of my sports experiences with pro-ams and celebrity golf tournaments this was the best of all. I was able to observe and interact with Vijay Singh one of the best golfers in the world in his office. The fact that this experience benefited multiple charities was the true payoff for me. I know I will be using Caddy for a Cure again for both personal and Business in the future.

Dear Russ and Colleen,

Thank you both for showing us such a great time. Travis and Char had as good a day as I did. Better maybe because they didn't need Ben Gay the next day. Alex Cejka and his Tour Caddie Russ were really great sports and showed a lot of patience. I wasn't always where I should have been but I was for sure where I wanted to be. Best of luck to you and your wonderful project. I am so proud to have been a part of such a worthy cause.

Let me start by saying that everybody who loves golf needs to experience one day of what it's like on the PGA TOUR. Ben Crane is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and if anyone needs a role model for your kids, he is the one. The whole experience was great and I don't think enough can be said for the people at Caddy For A Cure. Do yourself a favor and bid on one of these terrific players you will have memories for a lifetime and help support a great cause.

“I was flying home from Palm Beach and the Honda Classic thinking what an incredible experience I just participated in. The opportunity to walk inside the ropes caddying for Fred Funk, on one of the toughest courses on the PGA Tour, is definitely a once in a lifetime experience! Fred and his caddie Mark were great! Here he and Mark are tuning up for a PGA Tour event and they made me feel like I was part of the team.

I really enjoyed hanging out, up close on the practice range prior to going out with Fred. Meeting other PGA players and watching them interact with their caddies and other pros was priceless. I apologize for the many questions I asked you on the range but having someone with your caddy experience and perspective was an extremely value added piece to the overall experience!

Knowing 100% of my contribution will go to four (4) Caddie for A Cure designated charities and I have you to thank for that makes this truly a once in a lifetime experience!

I thought the Caddy for a Cure was one of the greatest golf experiences I have had. As an avid golfer yet an admitted mid-handicapper (read 80's when I'm feeling gooood) I had the pleasure to serve as a hole marshal during the 1987 PGA tournament held on the same course as the Honda (PGA Champion course). I thought being a marshal was "inside the ropes." Truly that was just a warm up to the Caddy for a Cure access to the tournament and the players. Life at a tournament and hence access to the pros happens on the practice range, the putting green, the chipping green, the Caddy trailer, the equipment trailers all of which are not accessible by the public. Needless to say I had the time of my life "looping" for Justin Rose. An extraordinary nice guy and so down to earth. I chatted it up with him to my delight. Thanks for the experience and many Blessings to your work for the cure.

Russ...I had an absolutely fantastic Experience...You are a special person. All the good work that you do goes a long way towards helping children and families through difficult times and difficult choices. I can't thank you enough for helping to set this up. Steve is a great golfer and an even better person. Tom Mitchell his caddy is just a wonderful guy. Overall, I will have the memories of my special day for a lifetime!! I look forward to receiving the CD and other gifts. Also, I will call you in the coming weeks to help strategize on how I can get some of my other friends involved going forward.

As an avid golfer for over 50 years, I always had the fantasy of playing or caddying on the PGA Tour. I devoted more of my time and efforts into medicine than golf, so I accepted the fact I wouldn't play on the Tour. However, your fine charity provided the avenue for me fulfilling the fantasy of caddying on the Tour. It is difficult to find the adjectives to describe the excitement and other emotions I experienced while "caddyingforthecure". I wish you continued success in your efforts for this charity. I want to say a huge thank you to both you and Colleen for an incredible experience last week at Doral. I knew in advance it would be a wonderful day for me, but the most pleasant surprise was how well I was treated by you and Colleen. As for the event itself, it was an awesome experience to be inside the ropes with a player as kind and gracious as Aaron Baddeley. We had quite a few good laughs, I learned a great deal about him and I really enjoyed myself. Aaron's caddy the "Antman", was fantastic as well. It was a perfect day and I will enjoy the many photos and fond memories for years to come.
Caddy For A Cure is truly a first class operation. Thanks again to both you and Colleen for all of your hard work in support of such a great cause.

Thank you again for an unbelievable experience caddying for Jim Furyk at the CA Championship at Doral. As a golf enthusiast, it is amazing to watch the shots and putts that Jim can make and the true partnership and respect he and Fluff share. While he is an amazing golfer, he is an even better person, who I believe is committed to seeing Caddy for a Cure continue to grow and prosper. Over the last 3 years, I have watched Caddy for a Cure mature and know that you are on the right path and will achieve the results you are aiming for. There is no other opportunity in professional sports where you can interact with a top sports figure and really see their thought process, execution and really get to know more about them professionally and personally. Even better, these donations that are made go for a great cause and truly can make a difference in helping kids with Franconia Anemia and hopefully, one day, eliminating this disease!

Caddy for a cure is a dream come true for every golfer. Russ and his wife Colleen provided an excellent experience. The opportunity to caddy for a pro golfer should be a dream for all, it was for me. It all starts at the driving range as you meet and watch the pro warm up, and then over to the practice putting green. You then arrive at the first tee, your pro is introduced and all eyes are on him as he tees off, and for the next 18 holes you are the caddy. At the end of the day there is nothing like walking up the 18th fairway listening to the applause for the pro, and you are right there.

One of charities for Caddy for A Cure at this tournament was the Wounded Warrior Project. It was an honor to meet the two warriors who were at this tournament. Andy and Bryan both had been wounded in active duty in Irag and were also inside the ropes for the day of golf. They are an inspiration to every one, It was also an honor to meet Christian the Spokesperson for Fanconi Anemia. He's a great kid who showed us all how to be young at heart.

Thanks for sending on the photos and of course the signed picture of me and Sean. Caddyforacure is such a great project and Sean and his caddy could not have been more gracious. In addition, to have the soldiers from the Wounded Warrior Project there as well was awesome. What a sacrifice they have made for our country and they like us, love this great game. To have that time inside the ropes with a great golfer is something you just cant duplicate in any other sport. I will never forget our day and CFAC. Continued success to you and your family. My experience caddying for Rich Beem at the 2008 AT&T Classic was awesome. The access that Russ has to the tour players, caddies, and officials really makes the entire day both unique and unforgettable. The folks that matter know and like Russ, and anyone who is toting a sack for the day gets the benefit of his hard-earned reputation and all of that good will.

Playing in a pro-am at a Tour stop is similar to the caddying-for-a-cure experience, but I really think it’s much better. You’re involved throughout the day with the player and his caddy, you get a real appreciation for the caddy’s job, and you also get a unique feel for what goes on inside the ropes. You don’t have to worry about hitting one in the lumberyard either, which is nice.

What a day I had with Olin!!! Not only starting on the range, then to the first tee, but walking down the fairways and getting some idea of what it's like to be inside the ropes. And boy did I see some great shots!!! These guys are good!!! All the guys in the group were wonderful to be around. We all talked about football and fishing very little about golf. All of them are just regular guys. After the round what a plus to have lunch with Olin, then back out to the range where I got to meet Mike Weir, Aaron Baddeley, and Zach Johnson what a treat!!! Russ, You are a true gentleman and what a wonderful day you put together. If I can do this anyone can, I'm over fifty and I've had two back operations. The bag was heavy, but not that bad. I look forward doing this again next year.

It was a wonderful experience to be inside the ropes at Colonial with a great PGA professional and gentleman like David Toms. He was great fun and shared some helpful tips with this 10 handicapper. Russ Holden is a gracious host and treated me to introduction with many other professionals. I was able to stand directly behind the pros as the warmed up on the driving range and stand beside them on the putting green. It was all I could have hoped for and much more. The great thing about it was to be able to experience all the splendor and be helpful to a great charitable cause at the same time. The Caddy For A Cure mission is at the top of the class of deserving charities and I was honored being helpful in my small way. Truly a win/win for me at Caddy For A Cure.

I wanted to drop you all a line to thank you for scrambling and getting something together for me last Wednesday with Paul Goydos. I have to say, I think it was an even greater experience than last year with Adam Scott, especially since Scott decided to take me up on having the day off :) I hope Paul didn't think I was bored or that he didn't entertain me enough. Believe me, having him 'play along' and let me be a tour caddy for a day (especially working the yardage book) was some well needed experience for me.

You guys have been really great to me (especially with the whole caddying thing) and again, it felt like meeting up with some old friends last week. I'd love to help promote the program in anyway I can and look forward to working with you in doing so.

I have had some time to reflect on my Caddy For A Cure experience and I would just like you to know that I had the time of my life. There are “life” accomplishments that we all dream about. Single digit handicaps. Holes in one. Three hundred yards drive. And, being able to hang out with and be up close and personal with a PGA player. My Caddie For A Cure day has made one dream come true. Both Hunter and his caddy, John Wood, treated me as if I’d been around forever and I had a great time.

Your Caddie For A Cure “vision” is one you should hold on to forever. Your dedication and commitment to the cause is both honorable and commendable. You are helping a great many people.

Being a little older now, I may not get quite as excited or nervous about things as I did in my younger years. But I could not wait to go and be a caddie for a day and at the same time I was nervous because I didn’t know what to really expect. Without a doubt the golf was off the charts good! What really impressed me the most though was what great people Padraig and his REAL caddie (Ronan) were. They were the most down to earth, humble and caring people you would ever want to meet. Given their recent success they could easily have been arrogant and/or full of themselves like we see all too often from other major sports “stars.” These two defined what stars should be and were so generous to the fans. So thank you for giving me a look at golf “inside the ropes” but more importantly for giving me a very personal insight into the guys who play the game

Of course none of this would have been possible without Caddy For A Cure. This is an amazing organization that provides a once in a lifetime experience for golf fans and a life saving/changing experience for the charities it supports. I am committed to doing what I can to get the word out so that others can experience what I did and most significantly to help keep the Caddy For A Cure organization growing.

I just wanted to thank you for a most memorable experience caddying for Mike Weir in the Barclay's Pro-Am. First and foremost, what you are doing with the Caddy for a Cure program has a profound impact and touches the lives of so many people. Knowing that the money raised is going towards helping so many different charities, while exposing people to Fanconi Anemia, a condition which flies under the radar of most charities, really makes your charity special. The fact that you can combine your efforts with your love of golf has to be very rewarding for you. As a golfer, the caddie experience with Mike and Brennan was truly memorable. They were both very gracious and giving of their time, even while preparing for the tournament itself. I was glad to see Mike do well in the tournament, with a great follow up performance in the Deutsche Bank event. The pictures you sent me of the event are priceless, and I just have to figure out how to best display my autographed Caddie Bib, as well as the 2003 Masters pin flag Mike signed for me. I have shared my experience with most of my golf buddies, and many of them would like to have the same opportunity as I did. I would also like to stay involved in your charity, so if there is anything I can do to help you out, please let me know. Again, thanks for the wonderful experience.
